As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you are a key part of creating a community our residents are proud to call home. You will handle service requests, complete repairs, prepare apartment homes for new move-ins, and help keep the property safe, clean, and running smoothly. From troubleshooting appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues to supporting preventive maintenance and responding to unexpected problems, you bring a hands-on approach and a strong sense of pride to everything you do.
