Maintenance Coordinator – The Connection That Keeps Our Community Running

About the Role
As our Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between residents and maintenance team - handling service requests, leading resident communications and scheduling work orders, so every repair is completed promptly and with attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and triage maintenance requests from residents via phone, email, or online portal.
• Communicate clearly with residents about service timelines and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain work orders, invoices, and maintenance records with accuracy.
• Assist management with maintenance goals, make-ready schedules, and occupancy/retention targets.
• Provide weekly and monthly maintenance reports to the Property Manager as needed.
• Track maintenance expenses, process invoices, assist with budget monitoring and maintenance bookkeeping to support accurate financial reporting.
