Concierge – Front-Line Ambassador of the Community

About the Role
Our Concierge is the welcoming face and voice of the community; ensuring residents, guests, and vendors feel valued from the first hello. In this vital role, you’ll keep daily operations running smoothly by providing exceptional service at the front desk and behind the scenes with administrative support.

What You’ll Do

• Greet residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Manage front-desk traffic by triaging walk-in requests and guiding residents or visitors to the right team member.
• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents as they enter the office, making every interaction welcoming and efficient.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism, providing accurate information and timely assistance.
• Manage front-desk communications, including phones, emails, and resident follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor and respond to resident emails, letters, and messages, ensuring every inquiry receives a clear and friendly follow-up.
• Assist with resident programs, ensuring strong participation and clear communication.
• Support leasing staff by checking in prospects arriving for property tours and ensuring they feel comfortable while they wait.
• Maintain accurate files and documentation to keep operations organized and compliant

• Proficiency with property management software, spreadsheets, and standard office tools
