Director of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)

The Director of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) is the mastermind behind how our spaces look, feel, and perform. You値l shape the design identity across assets, translating vision into environments that feel intentional, market-relevant, and performance-driven. From first concept to final install, you値l ensure every piece has a purpose, every dollar works hard, and every space tells the right story.

What You値l Do

• Set and execute a cohesive FF&E vision across the portfolio, with flexibility for local market needs
• Develop scalable FF&E standards, specs, and packages across asset types
• Lead FF&E projects end-to-end, including renovations, repositioning's, and new acquisitions
• Manage schedules, budgets, and procurement to deliver high-quality outcomes on time
• Oversee vendors, national purchasing programs, and installation logistics
• Hit the road for site visits and quality control walks to make sure the finished product matches the vision
• Partner with operations, marketing, facilities, and Impact teams to enhance leasing, branding, and resident experience
• Use design strategically to improve underperforming assets

What We池e Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in interior design, FF&E procurement, or project management
• Strong ability to align design decisions with market demand and investment goals
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools
• A design-forward leader who balances creativity with cost, timing, and execution
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working across diverse markets and asset types
• Bachelor痴 degree in a design-related field or equivalent hands-on experience
