Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across our nationwide portfolio. In this role, you'll help keep projects moving, create compelling marketing materials, support social media efforts, coordinate marketing assets, and track campaign performance. What You’ll Do

• Manage marketing support requests, monitor the marketing inbox, and coordinate timely responses across the organization.
• Monitor social media channels, online reviews, and engagement platforms, escalating issues and opportunities as needed.
• Review and approve property-level social media content to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
• Support site teams with social media best practices, content creation guidance, and brand standards.
• Create and update marketing materials, graphics, promotions, and print collateral using Canva and other marketing tools.
• Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing assets, including flyers, business cards, signage, website content, photography, videography, and virtual tours.
• Manage project timelines and marketing workflows to ensure on-time execution.
• Track, compile, and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign results.
• Support special projects and other initiatives as assigned by the Marketing Director.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in multifamily housing, property management, or real estate marketing.
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar marketing and property management platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience creating marketing content and graphics in Canva.
• Understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing best practices, and brand management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and reporting tools.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
