Salary: Starting at $68,000/year + housing discount + bonus eligibility + benefits + 401K matching

What You’ll Do
As our Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping our team and culture. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and screening to offer extension, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, offer strategic insights on talent, and guide them through the hiring process.
  • Employer Branding: Promote our employer brand across digital platforms and events, attracting candidates aligned with our mission and values.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Use recruiting metrics and analytics to refine sourcing strategies, improve efficiencies, and elevate the candidate experience.

Your Skills
We’re looking for a skilled communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing environment, with a track record of successfully filling roles across various departments.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders alike.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to leverage data and metrics to drive recruiting strategies and decisions.
  • Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to changing priorities and taking a proactive approach to solving challenges.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in candidate documentation and process adherence, ensuring compliance and a smooth onboarding experience.
