Property Management Project Manager

Department: On Site
Location: Irving, TX

Property Management Experience (in IT or as an onsite team member preferred)!

Location: Irving, TX (Corporate Office)

Employment Duration: Regular, Full time

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30 to 5 pm; Remote Fridays (Up to 30% travel)

Salary: $60,000/year + housing discount + benefits

Your Job (Should You Choose to Accept It):

You’ll be our resident tech and systems superhero, tackling everything from help desk support to vendor communication, with a side of troubleshooting for fun. With your powers, we’ll keep everything running smoothly, so no one has to suffer through a "Can’t connect to Wi-Fi" meltdown again. BUT, that’s not all! Tech issues shouldn’t take up all of your time, so in your spare time you’ll work on projects and streamline efficiencies. Your plate will be full!

What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers):

  • Help Desk Support: Be the calm in the tech storm. Someone can’t log in? Their printer’s on strike? You’ve got the answers.
  • Internet/Phone Troubleshooting: You’ll troubleshoot like a pro—whether it’s setting up new systems or stopping service disruptions in their tracks.
  • Administrative Entrata Support: You make sure everyone can access exactly what they need.
  • Tech Setup: From laptops to phones to copiers (oh my!), you’ll be the mastermind behind setting up all the tech gear we use every day.
  • Reporting/Data Management: Organize all the data and reports like a pro so the rest of the team can stay in the loop—and you’ll always know what's going on behind the scenes.
  • Project Management and Implementation: Assist in the rollout of new technologies and platforms.
  • Overall “go-to” person. We have SO MANY projects right now, and need you to jump right in!

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A love for all things tech, and a knack for fixing things.
  • Excel, AI, and Power BI experience
  • The ability to “figure it out”
  • A calm demeanor when the Wi-Fi goes down or someone’s laptop is on the fritz (because let's face it, that happens a lot).
  • A problem-solver’s mindset. If there’s an issue, you’ll find a way to fix it—and do it with a smile, getting it all the way to the finish line.
  • Excellent communication skills, because you'll need to explain tech stuff in a way that doesn’t sound like a robot talking.
  • A can-do attitude, because when things break, you just know how to make it better.
