Compliance Specialist – Champion of Integrity & Standards

Location: Irving, TX (Corporate Office)

Employment Duration: Regular, Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30 to 5 pm; Remote Fridays, Limited Travel

Salary: $50K to $55K/year + housing discount + benefits + 401k matching

About the Role

Our Compliance Specialists safeguard the integrity of our operations by ensuring we meet regulatory, financial, and company standards. You’ll be the guardian of processes that protect residents, team members, and the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and affordable housing guidelines.
• Conduct audits and ensure accurate reporting across communities.
• Support property teams with training and resources on compliance requirements.
• Partner with leadership to identify risks and strengthen internal processes.
• Document and communicate findings with clarity and transparency.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of compliance regulations in property management (affordable housing experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret policies and data.
• Excellent communicator who can educate and support teams.
