Your Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician

You’re the heart of the property, keeping it running, comfortable, and looking great. In this hands-on role, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining apartment homes and building systems. From turning units and tackling service requests to plumbing, HVAC, drywall, and everything in between, you’ll ensure residents feel safe, cared for, and proud of where they live.
