• Oversee budgets, vendor partnerships, and compliance.
• Act as the face and voice of the community.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communicator and problem-solver.
• Financial acumen and organizational expertise.
• Property management experience preferred.

Additional Information

Property: Midpointe Apartment Homes (423 units / market rate)

Salary: Up to $75k to $85k/year + renewal bonus + housing discount + benefits + 401k matching + paid time off + paid holidays
