Salary: $18/hour + renewal bonus + benefits + housing discount

As a Groundskeeper/Building Caretaker, you will be the key to keeping our community clean, welcoming, and always looking its best. Your work will help create a space where residents feel comfortable and happy every time they step outside their door.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Keep it spotless: Clean and maintain the property grounds, ensuring no trash or debris is left behind. You'll make sure the first thing residents notice is how well-kept everything looks.
• Maintain common areas: Ensure all common areas are clean and inviting, from hallways to community spaces, making them a place residents enjoy spending time.
• Handle trash duties: Manage trash bins, including bringing them in and out on schedule and ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
• Assist with make-readies: Work alongside the maintenance team to help prepare apartments for new residents, ensuring everything is in top condition before the big move-in day.
• Be a helping hand: Pitch in on other maintenance tasks as needed, providing support to keep the community running smoothly.
